Our mission

Kaserem Futures is a 501(c)3 Non-profit organization committed to sustainable medical, educational and financial growth and support for medical clinics in Africa and the providers that staff these facilities. Our story began at the Kaserem Christian Medical Clinic and we are constantly expanding outwards from there. We believe that all people deserve better healthcare, and through our local partnerships we are focused on delivering innovative outcomes.

In an increasingly polarizing world, we want to bring something simple and unifying to the table. The providers who work in Kapchorwa, Uganda care for their community tirelessly, with little support, to ease the heavy healthcare burden. Inspired by these clinicians, we are helping to bridge the gaps.

In the summer of 2022, our founders had success with a small amount of fundraising to expand outreach, education and clinical outcomes. We work “by, with and through” community and health care leaders - men and women alike - to uncover solutions that drastically improve healthcare delivery and patient safety. Our collaborative model, one that our founder, Ben King, utilized first hand overseas during his time in Special Forces and has implemented as our foundation. Our goal is to solve problems together. We are committed to helping this outstanding clinical team achieve sustainable, ecologically-friendly development that will expand access and quality of healthcare to this region.
