Support medical training
Human potential is a key tenant of medical infrastructure. Strengthening knowledge foundations and unlocking new skills and ideas are part of our core medical education model.
A cornerstone of our work is medical outreach. Donate to support our outreach missions where we bring together outstanding providers, innovators, and educators to travel as a team to the region to work alongside the local clinicians and leaders. Your support will help ensure our teams are well-equipped to provide high quality training and support. This includes incorporating technology that will allow for remote learning and access to new resources to guide care and improve the community. Giving to support medical outreach and education initiatives will leaves communities with sustained value.
Update medical equipment
This clinic provides 24 hour care with limited resources. A recent purchase of a new microscope added so much to their capabilities, but to truly grow expanded laboratory, diagnostic and durable and disposable items need to be added. Geographically and economically these are often hard to come by. Watching the skill of this clinical team with what they have will show you that this will all be put to purposeful use.
Donating to the clinic will help procure life-saving tools and equipment that will take this clinic to the next level of success. Our 2023 goal is $10,000.00.
Give for water
Starting with basics
Currently there is NO running water in Kaserem Clinic.
There is well water nearby, but it must be carried in and ran through a clay filtration system or boiled. There is also no plumbing here. The latrine is a pit-style facility and is located away from the medical buildings. Eventually these become full and must be replaced and they pose hygiene issues. This is a huge safety and sustainability issue and an issue that spans the globe. But this is a problem that we can help to fix in this region as the government has established an accessible water line nearby.
Beyond patient care, this is also a quality of life issue for the clnic team living and working on the campus. KF Inc. Hopes to bring water to the clinic in 2023 with your help. Our Goal is to raise $25000 to fund this much needed upgrade to Kaserem Clinic. This project will lead to accessible clean, hot water and reliable plumbing. This outcome will place the clinic in a position to expand facilities and capabilities.

Giving to a great cause
On our first mission to the clinic, with just $3000 USD and the help of our amazing local counterparts and their creativity, we were able to make important structural additions to the clinic and supply new, quality medical equipment. With our local clinic partners and their vision, we hope to tailor donations future towards exciting, new projects.
Our goal is to purposefully fund the Kaserem Clinic so that they can elevate themselves to the next level. Our longterm vision is to design a process that will help clinics like the Kaserem Christian Medical Clinic become completely self-sustaining and profitable and to help ensure access to health care is optimized for the surrounding community. We want to see them flourish and lead the region through financial stability and quality outcomes. There are thousands of people in the Kapchorwa District that rely on this clinic as their primary source of healthcare and this clinical team has what it takes to become healthcare leaders in Uganda. This clinic is poised to become a training center for clinicians and an epicenter for positive change for the community. Your support will make a difference in the world.
